THERAPY – Fees & Payment Options
Individuals --Beginning Assessment	$140
Individual hour (50 minute face to face – 10 min notes)	$115
Individual half-hour , including phone consults are (25 minute face to face – 5 min notes)	$65
Couples or family work	$150/hr
90 minute sessions (often needed with 2 or more)	$200
Group work ( sessions are 1.5 hour) and individual cost	$45 per session
KCS Inc. works with Medical Expense Accounts, EPA services. Check with us.

Sliding fee scales are only given on a limited basis after documentation of need in the family situation. You will be asked to provide written documentation of need with income and expenses data. KCS Inc takes a limited number of special need cases at any given time. Decision is based on a case by case basis and our ability to help at a given time. INSURANCE: We are providers with all major insurance companies in our Central MN area including Medicare and Medicaid. Check with your insurance company and your policy. If you like we will check for you. Call Cindy at 320-905-4206. Credit Card Services: We provide service with three major credit card companies: Discover Visa, and MasterCard.
DISTANCE COUNSELING – Primarily for Life Coaching and mentoring services. This service is *under construction* at this time. We will use Web Cam - Skype where accessible. We will also do phone consult work and computer correspondence. Fees match the schedule above under Therapy. Payment will be with Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
Our KCS STORE – Art, Jewelry, and Books – all special interests of mine. This site is *under construction* at this time. We will use PayPal as a secure payment system for all our Store items. You will be able to purchase using your credit cards: Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each purchase.
